It's 2020 a new year, a new decade to say the least. Starting a new year means an influx of people trying to start new habits, cut back on spending, become healthier.
Safe to say not many people follow through with these resolutions, till the following year. This is why I have only given myself two. First one is spending an hour a day in a book, I am not the fastest reader but I enjoy soaking up knowledge. Here is a list of the books I will try to read in 2020.
The second one is to meditate, I have subscribed to the app Headspace and will give this a go daily, using it either to start my day or clear my head at the end, 3 - 10 mins is all that is needed.
